Minimum Participation Requirement:

Room Types and Child Discounts:

• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than the standard beds.
• Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either foldable or coach beds.
• Child discounts apply to only one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group.
• Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.

Flight and Check-in Procedures:

• Check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the airport with the relevant airline counters or online before the flight.
• The organizer is not responsible for guests who are not present at the airport at the designated time, do not complete check-in or boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft.
• Those who miss the flight are entirely responsible for the costs of new tickets and transfers.
• There may be delays or schedule changes in scheduled and private flights; the passenger is deemed to have accepted this risk by purchasing the trip.

About Extra Tours:

• Extra tours are optional and not compulsory.

Once the agency informs the client about the recommendation to contract insurance for the trip, it is the client who can contract insurance with the agency, or contract it directly with whoever they want.
