Chicanna, Mèxic

Chicanná va ser una ciutat maia que es va construir durant el període Clàssic (600 d.C. a 830 d.C.). El lloc va rebre el nom del seu edifici més famós, l'Estructura II, que significa "Casa de la Boca de la Serp" en maia. En la llengua maia, chi significa "boca", can significa "serp" i na significa "casa". El lloc es troba a dos quilòmetres a l'oest de Becán, a l'estat mexicà de Campeche, a la península de Yucatán. És un dels 45 altres llocs de ruïnes situats en aquesta àrea.
